11:30 PM - One more day! (posted by Webmaster)
Today was a phenomenal day at the event, with the unfortunate side effect of stressing out many of our food merchants as they ran out of inventory and were unable to sell product. It was a good problem to have for them, but inconvenient for those waiting for food only to be disappointed to find out it was gone. For that, we apologize. Much like a mall with many shops, the merchants here are mostly outside vendors (many from out of state) that visit our event to vend there wares. The last thing they want is for anything to keep them from making a sale. Hopefully they have figured out some better ways to relay information when things like this happen in the future. (Soon after this started happening, temporary signs went up, and the turkey leg stand was counting fingers in line to get an estimate of how long it would be to serve them turkey legs.)

Thank you for your patience and understanding.

One more day! Please join us. And if you are done for the season, please let us know what you liked (or disliked) by visiting the COMMENTS page and filling out our survey. Thanks!
